The Annual West Australian Commercial Bread and Pastry Competition for 2024

This year we had a record number of approximately 400 individual entries coming from over 36 bakery entries across WA, entering the Baking Industry Awards Competition. We have had new entrants such as Bread Garage Co and Laib Bakery entering the competition for the very first time, with great results.

BIEAWA 2024 Gala Dinner & Awards Night
A Night In Paris!
We recently held our amazing Awards celebration evening, presented by our Master of Ceremony Adrian Barich, from Channel 7 Sports.
The night included a delicious 3 Course dinner & drinks and was filled with 5-star live entertainment including Perth’s leading covers band “Little Belle”, French Mime acts, French Music and French Dance Show.
Awards presented included the 2024 WA Baking Industry Awards, the AG (Tony) Noonan Award, the Most Successful Apprentice, Champion Exhibit in both Bread & Pastry and WA’s Pie of the Year Award.
The Baking Industry Employers’ Association WA (BIEAWA) would like to thank all participants in this years awards.
